A causa principal \u00e9 a <strong>atua\u00e7\u00e3o de uma frente fria<\/strong>, aliada ao <strong>forte transporte de umidade do oceano para o continente<\/strong>, o que cria um cen\u00e1rio prop\u00edcio \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>nuvens carregadas<\/strong> e \u00e0 intensifica\u00e7\u00e3o da instabilidade atmosf\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>\u00c1reas com maior risco de temporal<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De acordo com os modelos meteorol\u00f3gicos mais recentes, o <strong>litoral norte paulista<\/strong> e a <strong>Costa Verde fluminense<\/strong> est\u00e3o sob <strong>alerta vermelho e roxo<\/strong>, indicando <strong>potencial para tempestades severas<\/strong> e <strong>chuva acumulada expressiva<\/strong>. <strong>Paraty<\/strong>, <strong>Angra dos Reis<\/strong> e <strong>Ubatuba<\/strong> est\u00e3o entre os munic\u00edpios com previs\u00e3o de maior volume de chuva nas pr\u00f3ximas horas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Previs\u00e3o de acumulados pontuais \u2013 Estado do Rio de Janeiro<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Paraty<\/strong>: <strong>60 mm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Angra dos Reis<\/strong>: <strong>60 mm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Rio de Janeiro (capital)<\/strong>: <strong>25 mm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nova Igua\u00e7u<\/strong>: <strong>25 mm<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Previs\u00e3o de acumulados pontuais \u2013 Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ubatuba<\/strong>: <strong>60 mm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o<\/strong>: <strong>25 mm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Caraguatatuba<\/strong>: <strong>25 mm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ilhabela<\/strong>: <strong>25 mm<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O <strong>mapa de risco hidrometeorol\u00f3gico<\/strong> do <strong>INEA (Instituto Estadual do Ambiente)<\/strong> confirma a <strong>alerta de risco elevado<\/strong> para a <strong>Costa Verde<\/strong>, refor\u00e7ando a necessidade de aten\u00e7\u00e3o em \u00e1reas suscet\u00edveis a alagamentos e deslizamentos.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Mar agitado e risco de ressaca<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Outro fator preocupante \u00e9 a <strong>ressaca prevista para o litoral entre Ubatuba (SP) e Arraial do Cabo (RJ)<\/strong>.
