Seg\u00fan los especialistas del SMN, se espera una <strong data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"701\">abundante ca\u00edda de agua en cortos per\u00edodos<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"733\">r\u00e1fagas intensas de viento<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"765\">fuerte actividad el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong> y la probable aparici\u00f3n de <strong data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"804\">granizo<\/strong> en distintos sectores de la provincia.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"895\"><strong data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"895\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la hora m\u00e1s cr\u00edtica seg\u00fan el SMN?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"1368\">El momento m\u00e1s comprometido del d\u00eda se prev\u00e9 entre las <strong data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"979\">17:00 y las 21:00 horas<\/strong>, cuando un <strong data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1030\">n\u00facleo de tormenta altamente activo<\/strong> podr\u00eda avanzar desde el <strong data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1083\">noroeste de la provincia<\/strong> hacia la ciudad de <strong data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1119\">Buenos Aires<\/strong> y zonas del <strong data-start=\"1132\" data-end=\"1156\">Conurbano bonaerense<\/strong>. Esta ventana horaria es considerada la de <strong data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1230\">mayor riesgo meteorol\u00f3gico<\/strong>, con posibilidad de <strong data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1278\">inundaciones repentinas<\/strong> en \u00e1reas urbanas mal drenadas y <strong data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1367\">condiciones peligrosas para la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1409\"><strong data-start=\"1374\" data-end=\"1409\">Zonas afectadas por el fen\u00f3meno<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1747\">La advertencia incluye a localidades clave como <strong data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1471\">La Plata<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1483\">Moreno<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1499\">Avellaneda<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1514\">San Justo<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1525\">Tigre<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1541\">San Isidro<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1543\" data-end=\"1552\">Lan\u00fas<\/strong> y la <strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1593\">Ciudad Aut\u00f3noma de Buenos Aires<\/strong>. En muchos barrios porte\u00f1os, el cielo ya presenta un aspecto <strong data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1678\">oscuro y amenazante<\/strong>, acompa\u00f1ado de <strong data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1719\">r\u00e1fagas intermitentes<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1746\">descargas el\u00e9ctricas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1795\"><strong data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1795\">Caracter\u00edsticas del fen\u00f3meno clim\u00e1tico<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"2274\">Estas tormentas, descritas por el SMN como <strong data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"1856\">muy intensas<\/strong>, est\u00e1n asociadas al ingreso de una masa de <strong data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1924\">aire c\u00e1lido y h\u00famedo<\/strong> en combinaci\u00f3n con una l\u00ednea de <strong data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"1986\">inestabilidad atmosf\u00e9rica<\/strong> que genera condiciones propicias para el desarrollo de <strong data-start=\"2042\" data-end=\"2069\">superceldas convectivas<\/strong>.
