Con la llegada oficial del <strong>invierno<\/strong> y el ingreso de una intensa <strong>masa de aire polar<\/strong>, se esperan las <strong>temperaturas m\u00e1s bajas del a\u00f1o<\/strong> hasta ahora, con m\u00ednimas por debajo de los <strong>10\u202f\u00b0C<\/strong> y sensaciones t\u00e9rmicas que rondan los <strong>4 a 5\u202f\u00b0C<\/strong>. Frente a este escenario extremo, surge la pregunta que resuena en toda la provincia: <strong>\u00bfpodr\u00eda nevar en Misiones despu\u00e9s de casi seis d\u00e9cadas?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>La posibilidad de nieve en la tierra colorada<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el meteor\u00f3logo <strong>Favio Cabello<\/strong>, director de la <strong>Direcci\u00f3n de Meteorolog\u00eda y Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Naturales (OPAD)<\/strong>, <strong>\u201cs\u00ed, podr\u00eda nevar\u201d<\/strong> en <strong>Misiones<\/strong>, aunque aclar\u00f3 que <strong>las condiciones se presentan solo de forma parcial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El profesional detall\u00f3 que estamos atravesando <strong>los primeros d\u00edas del invierno<\/strong>, ya que el <strong>solsticio<\/strong> ocurri\u00f3 el <strong>s\u00e1bado pasado a las 23:42<\/strong>. Record\u00f3 que este tipo de temperaturas eran comunes hace unas d\u00e9cadas, incluso en esta zona del pa\u00eds: \u201cCaminar por la escarcha en las colonias y chacras era cotidiano. Pero eso ya no se ve, y por eso el fr\u00edo nos sorprende\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de la <strong>tercera irrupci\u00f3n de aire polar<\/strong> en lo que va del a\u00f1o y, seg\u00fan Cabello, traer\u00e1 consigo <strong>el d\u00eda m\u00e1s fr\u00edo de 2025<\/strong> para la regi\u00f3n. En algunas \u00e1reas del interior de la provincia <strong>las m\u00ednimas podr\u00edan bajar de 0\u202f\u00b0C<\/strong>, sobre todo en puntos elevados y expuestos como <strong>San Pedro<\/strong>, <strong>Dos de Mayo<\/strong> o <strong>Bernardo de Irigoyen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Temperaturas extremas en Posadas y alrededores<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la ciudad de <strong>Posadas<\/strong>, se espera que el term\u00f3metro registre <strong>m\u00ednimas de 4\u202f\u00b0C en el centro urbano<\/strong>, y <strong>cercanas a 0\u202f\u00b0C en las zonas suburbanas<\/strong> como <strong>Itaemb\u00e9 Guaz\u00fa<\/strong>, <strong>Itaemb\u00e9 Min\u00ed<\/strong>, <strong>San Isidro<\/strong>, <strong>Miguel Lan\u00fas<\/strong>, <strong>F\u00e1tima<\/strong>, <strong>Santa Elena<\/strong> y sectores de <strong>Garup\u00e1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cabello explic\u00f3 que probablemente <strong>amanecer\u00e1n con escarcha sobre los pastos<\/strong>, lo que da cuenta de la intensidad del fr\u00edo. Sin embargo, aclar\u00f3 que <strong>estas temperaturas siguen siendo normales para la estaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, aunque su intensidad ya no es com\u00fan debido al cambio clim\u00e1tico y a la modificaci\u00f3n de los patrones atmosf\u00e9ricos.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 se necesita para que nieve en Misiones?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El meteor\u00f3logo detall\u00f3 que <strong>las condiciones t\u00e9rmicas est\u00e1n presentes<\/strong>. La <strong>isoterma de 0 grados<\/strong>, que normalmente se encuentra a m\u00e1s de 4000 metros de altura, <strong>hoy descender\u00e1 hasta los 800 metros en Posadas<\/strong> y a <strong>600 metros en zonas como Dos de Mayo, San Pedro e Irigoyen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este dato es clave: si se produjera una precipitaci\u00f3n con ese nivel de isoterma, <strong>la nieve caer\u00eda en forma de copos s\u00f3lidos<\/strong> y <strong>no se derretir\u00eda antes de tocar el suelo<\/strong>, porque la distancia entre la capa fr\u00eda y la superficie ser\u00eda muy baja. Pero hay un problema: <strong>faltan nubes<\/strong>. Y sin nubes, <strong>no habr\u00e1 precipitaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Por eso, aunque <strong>las condiciones para una nevada est\u00e1n casi completas<\/strong>, <strong>la falta de humedad en la atm\u00f3sfera anula la posibilidad de nieve real en la jornada de hoy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>La \u00faltima vez que nev\u00f3 en Misiones<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El \u00faltimo registro oficial de nieve en la provincia se remonta al <strong>20 de agosto de 1964<\/strong>, cuando en <strong>Bernardo de Irigoyen<\/strong> se acumularon <strong>15 cent\u00edmetros de nieve<\/strong>. Un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s tarde, el <strong>20 de agosto de 1965<\/strong>, volvi\u00f3 a nevar, esta vez en la ciudad de <strong>Ober\u00e1<\/strong>. Desde entonces, <strong>Misiones no ha registrado fen\u00f3menos similares<\/strong> de forma oficial, aunque han circulado relatos informales.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Regresa la lluvia: cu\u00e1ndo y d\u00f3nde<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tras varios d\u00edas con cielo despejado, <strong>las precipitaciones regresar\u00e1n a partir del mi\u00e9rcoles por la noche<\/strong>. Se tratar\u00e1 de una <strong>baja presi\u00f3n<\/strong> \u2014una peque\u00f1a <strong>borrasca<\/strong>\u2014 que cruzar\u00e1 la provincia entre la <strong>noche del mi\u00e9rcoles y la madrugada del jueves<\/strong>.
