Esta situaci\u00f3n se est\u00e1 viviendo especialmente en <strong>Coatzacoalcos<\/strong>, al sur, y <strong>Tuxpan<\/strong>, al norte del estado, donde el calor ha alcanzado niveles cr\u00edticos, aunque sin romper r\u00e9cords de d\u00edas anteriores.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Ola de calor intensa y prolongada<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Actualmente, <strong>Veracruz<\/strong> atraviesa una <strong>fase cr\u00edtica de calor extremo<\/strong>, la segunda en lo que va del mes de <strong>mayo<\/strong>. Este fen\u00f3meno se ha extendido por <strong>siete d\u00edas consecutivos<\/strong>, provocando temperaturas muy por encima del promedio en pr\u00e1cticamente toda la entidad.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Subdirecci\u00f3n de Estudios y Pron\u00f3sticos Meteorol\u00f3gicos<\/strong> de la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Civil<\/strong> mantiene vigente un <strong>Aviso Especial<\/strong> por los efectos de esta masa c\u00e1lida, originada por una <strong>baja presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica<\/strong> en el centro-sur del pa\u00eds y el norte-noreste de <strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Perspectivas para los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A partir del <strong>mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de mayo<\/strong>, los modelos meteorol\u00f3gicos sugieren un <strong>ligero descenso en las temperaturas m\u00e1ximas<\/strong>, aunque el <strong>Aviso Especial por ola de calor<\/strong> continuar\u00e1 activo, al menos hasta el <strong>jueves 22<\/strong>, fecha en la que se prev\u00e9 que el sistema comience a debilitarse.<\/p>\n<p>Con el paso de un <strong>sistema frontal<\/strong> que avanza hacia el <strong>norte del Golfo de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, se espera tambi\u00e9n la llegada de <strong>lluvias y tormentas aisladas<\/strong>, impulsadas por una <strong>masa de aire fresco<\/strong> y la p\u00e9rdida de intensidad del <strong>anticicl\u00f3n en altura<\/strong> que ha dominado la atm\u00f3sfera recientemente.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Contrastes extremos y medidas preventivas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La combinaci\u00f3n de <strong>altas temperaturas<\/strong> y <strong>humedad atmosf\u00e9rica<\/strong> ha generado condiciones de <strong>bochorno extremo<\/strong>, especialmente peligrosas en \u00e1reas urbanas con baja cobertura vegetal.
