Depuis une semaine, <strong>la grisaille domine le ciel<\/strong>, une impression confirm\u00e9e par les donn\u00e9es m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques les plus r\u00e9centes : <strong>entre le 18 et le 24 mai<\/strong>, la m\u00e9tropole n\u2019a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 que d\u2019<strong>environ 1 heure et 30 minutes de soleil<\/strong>. C\u2019est un chiffre <strong>extr\u00eamement bas<\/strong> pour une p\u00e9riode printani\u00e8re o\u00f9 l\u2019ensoleillement est habituellement beaucoup plus g\u00e9n\u00e9reux.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Une province presque enti\u00e8rement priv\u00e9e de soleil<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Actuellement, <strong>Montr\u00e9al<\/strong> et <strong>Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong> cumulent <strong>environ 100 heures d\u2019ensoleillement<\/strong> depuis le d\u00e9but du mois. Or, la <strong>normale saisonni\u00e8re d\u00e9passe les 200 heures<\/strong> pour le mois de mai. Le <strong>triste record<\/strong> \u00e0 battre est celui de <strong>mai 2017<\/strong>, lorsque seulement <strong>148 heures<\/strong> de soleil avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong>Montr\u00e9al<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Avec quelques p\u00e9riodes plus lumineuses pr\u00e9vues jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong>mercredi<\/strong>, on pourrait ajouter <strong>30 \u00e0 40 heures de soleil<\/strong>. Toutefois, un <strong>retour des nuages<\/strong>, jumel\u00e9 \u00e0 des <strong>averses<\/strong> d\u00e8s <strong>jeudi<\/strong>, pourrait emp\u00eacher d\u2019atteindre ce seuil minimal. Si le total d\u2019ensoleillement reste inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de 2017, <strong>mai 2025 deviendrait officiellement le mois de mai le plus sombre en plus de 50 ans<\/strong> dans la m\u00e9tropole.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Des extr\u00eames \u00e0 travers le pays : chaleur \u00e0 Fort Smith<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Alors que <strong>le Qu\u00e9bec s\u2019enlise dans l\u2019humidit\u00e9 et le ciel gris<\/strong>, un contraste saisissant se dessine \u00e0 l\u2019autre bout du pays. \u00c0 <strong>Fort Smith<\/strong>, dans le <strong>sud des Territoires du Nord-Ouest<\/strong>, <strong>les temp\u00e9ratures pourraient d\u00e9passer les 30 \u00b0C (86 \u00b0F)<\/strong> cette semaine. Ce genre de chaleur est <strong>hors norme pour cette r\u00e9gion nordique<\/strong>, soulignant les <strong>\u00e9carts climatiques extr\u00eames<\/strong> que peut conna\u00eetre le <strong>Canada<\/strong> au printemps.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Un peu de lumi\u00e8re\u2026 avant le retour des nuages<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les <strong>prochains jours<\/strong> pourraient offrir un l\u00e9ger r\u00e9pit : <strong>mardi<\/strong> et <strong>mercredi<\/strong> s\u2019annoncent <strong>plus lumineux<\/strong>, permettant peut-\u00eatre d\u2019\u00e9chapper de justesse au record. Mais \u00e0 partir de <strong>jeudi<\/strong>, un <strong>nouveau syst\u00e8me d\u00e9pressionnaire<\/strong> devrait ramener la <strong>pluie<\/strong>, la <strong>fra\u00eecheur<\/strong>, et un <strong>ciel couvert<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la <strong>fin de semaine<\/strong>.
