Tandis que plusieurs r\u00e9gions de la province enregistrent encore des <strong>temp\u00e9ratures fra\u00eeches<\/strong>, certaines zones de l&rsquo;<strong>Est du Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong> sont encore recouvertes de <strong>neige r\u00e9siduelle<\/strong>. M\u00eame <strong>le nord de la province<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9 par des \u00e9pisodes de <strong>neige fondante<\/strong> et de <strong>pluie vergla\u00e7ante<\/strong>, un cocktail hivernal inattendu pour cette p\u00e9riode de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Une premi\u00e8re mont\u00e9e du thermom\u00e8tre\u2026 mais temporaire<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Selon <strong>Environnement et Changement climatique Canada<\/strong>, la premi\u00e8re <strong>semaine de juin<\/strong> s&rsquo;annonce marqu\u00e9e par une <strong>hausse rapide des temp\u00e9ratures<\/strong>, avec des valeurs qui pourraient <strong>d\u00e9passer les normales saisonni\u00e8res<\/strong>. Cependant, cet \u00e9pisode de <strong>chaleur estivale<\/strong> ne devrait \u00eatre que <strong>passager<\/strong>. Le mois s\u2019annonce <strong>instable<\/strong>, avec une alternance de journ\u00e9es <strong>ensoleill\u00e9es et chaudes<\/strong> suivies de p\u00e9riodes <strong>plus fra\u00eeches<\/strong>, \u00e9voquant un v\u00e9ritable <strong>yo-yo thermique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Orages fr\u00e9quents en perspective<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Avec des <strong>variations de temp\u00e9rature aussi prononc\u00e9es<\/strong>, le <strong>risque d\u2019orages fr\u00e9quents<\/strong> augmente consid\u00e9rablement. Les masses d\u2019air chaud et froid qui se succ\u00e8deront rapidement au fil des semaines fourniront un terreau id\u00e9al pour le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019\u00e9pisodes <strong>orageux potentiellement intenses<\/strong>, en particulier dans les r\u00e9gions <strong>du sud et du centre du Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Mai : un mois de contrastes m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le mois de <strong>mai<\/strong> a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un portrait m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique <strong>contrast\u00e9<\/strong>. Dans l\u2019ensemble, les <strong>temp\u00e9ratures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 proches des normales<\/strong> pour la majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9gions, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des zones autour de la <strong>baie d\u2019Ungava<\/strong>, o\u00f9 les temp\u00e9ratures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sous les normales saisonni\u00e8res<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Une <strong>pouss\u00e9e de chaleur marqu\u00e9e<\/strong> a touch\u00e9 l\u2019<strong>extr\u00eame sud du Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong> les <strong>6 et 7 mai<\/strong>, provoquant des anomalies thermiques sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 <strong>+15 \u00b0C<\/strong> dans des secteurs comme le <strong>Saguenay\u2013Lac-Saint-Jean<\/strong>. Des <strong>records journaliers historiques<\/strong> ont m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 battus \u00e0 <strong>Roberval<\/strong> et \u00e0 <strong>Bagotville<\/strong>, atteignant <strong>31 \u00b0C (88 \u00b0F)<\/strong>, une temp\u00e9rature in\u00e9dite depuis <strong>1958<\/strong> et <strong>1942<\/strong> respectivement.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde moiti\u00e9 du mois a, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse, \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par un <strong>refroidissement<\/strong>, particuli\u00e8rement ressenti les <strong>23 et 24 mai<\/strong>. Plusieurs localit\u00e9s situ\u00e9es le long du <strong>fleuve Saint-Laurent<\/strong> ont enregistr\u00e9 des <strong>valeurs nettement inf\u00e9rieures aux normales<\/strong>. La derni\u00e8re journ\u00e9e du mois, le <strong>31 mai<\/strong>, a scell\u00e9 cette tendance avec des <strong>temp\u00e9ratures anormalement basses<\/strong> dans l\u2019<strong>ouest<\/strong> et le <strong>sud du Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Un r\u00e9gime de pr\u00e9cipitations tr\u00e8s in\u00e9gal<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cipitations, la situation a \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>contrast\u00e9e<\/strong>.
