Most of the storm activity<\/strong> is expected after sunset<\/strong>, with a renewed risk of severe weather<\/strong> overnight. Be prepared for strong winds<\/strong>, large hail<\/strong>, and heavy rainfall<\/strong> through the late-night hours.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Memorial Day: Cooler shift after the front<\/strong><\/p>\n A cold front<\/strong> is expected to move through by Memorial Day<\/strong>, although lingering showers<\/strong> remain possible. Behind the front, cooler air<\/strong> takes over, dropping highs into the 70s\u00b0F (21\u201326\u00b0C)<\/strong> \u2014 a noticeable change<\/strong> after the weekend heat.<\/p>\n Looking ahead: A break from the extremes<\/strong><\/p>\n Tuesday<\/strong> should bring dry skies<\/strong>, with only a slight chance of showers on Wednesday<\/strong>.
