\u26a0\ufe0f Flood advisory extended for parts of Northeast Ohio<\/strong><\/p>\n CLEVELAND, Ohio<\/strong> \u2014 Thursday, June 5<\/strong>, saw the return of scattered downpours and thunderstorms<\/strong> across Northeast Ohio<\/strong>, driven by a slow-moving cold front<\/strong> slicing through the region. A flood advisory<\/strong> was issued, remaining active until 11:15 p.m.<\/strong>, and included the counties of Ashland, Crawford, Richland, Holmes, Stark, Summit, and Wayne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u26c8\ufe0f Storm intensity and impacted areas<\/strong><\/p>\n Storm cells<\/strong> that flared up during the afternoon and evening were capable of producing gusty winds<\/strong>, locally heavy rainfall<\/strong>, and frequent lightning<\/strong>. The most intense activity was observed along and east of I-71<\/strong>, where the air was more unstable<\/strong>. Rainfall rates were elevated, with slow-moving systems<\/strong> lingering over the same spots for extended periods, raising concerns for localized flooding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \ud83c\udf21\ufe0f Temperature contrast across the region<\/strong><\/p>\n Afternoon temperatures<\/strong> varied widely, depending on sunshine and rainfall.
