According to Sheriff Damon Devereaux<\/strong>, Cimarron City<\/strong> has been affected by downed trees<\/strong> and localized destruction. These reports are part of a broader pattern of impact being felt across the region.<\/p>\n Power outages<\/strong> are growing in scope.
