Tubing activities<\/strong> are now restricted to isolated segments<\/strong> of the river, which are mostly dependent on localized rainfall pockets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The latest drought monitor<\/strong>, updated on June 5<\/strong>, confirms that South Central Texas<\/strong> remains locked in an extended drought cycle<\/strong>, now surpassing three consecutive years<\/strong>.
