Heavy rains flood Marshall County and Big Stone County roads<\/strong><\/p>\n Northeastern South Dakota<\/strong> and western Minnesota<\/strong> were hit overnight by intense thunderstorms<\/strong>, which led to widespread flooding<\/strong> on multiple secondary roads<\/strong>, making travel conditions dangerous<\/strong> through early Friday.<\/p>\n In South Dakota<\/strong>, Marshall County Emergency Manager Logan Roehr<\/strong> reported that by early morning<\/strong>, many roads were submerged under water<\/strong>, especially across rural corridors<\/strong> not equipped with proper drainage systems.<\/p>\n In Minnesota<\/strong>, the Big Stone County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/strong> issued a warning at 8 a.m. Friday<\/strong>, noting that U.S. Highway 75<\/strong>, County Road 12<\/strong>, County Road 25<\/strong>, and 360th Street<\/strong>, along with several others<\/strong>, were affected by rising water levels.
