These <strong>slow-moving systems<\/strong> are gradually shifting <strong>southward<\/strong> through the afternoon, setting the stage for <strong>yet another wet and unpredictable day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Localized flooding risk remains high<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rain totals are highly <strong>variable<\/strong>, depending on whether you&#8217;re caught under a <strong>persistent downpour<\/strong> or spared altogether. <strong>Localized areas<\/strong> may accumulate <strong>over 2 inches (50+ mm)<\/strong> of rain, while other zones may receive <strong>less than 0.25 inches (6 mm)<\/strong>. The <strong>flooding risk<\/strong> remains <strong>elevated<\/strong>, especially in <strong>urban zones<\/strong> and <strong>low-lying areas<\/strong> near <strong>Indianapolis<\/strong>, <strong>Muncie<\/strong>, and <strong>Richmond<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Potential cold air funnels: weak but notable<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A <strong>rare weather phenomenon<\/strong> may also emerge: <strong>cold air funnels<\/strong>.
