Dr. Deeptej Singh<\/strong>, dermatologist and founder of Sandia Dermatology<\/strong>, underscores the importance of UV protection<\/strong>: \u201cAlways carry sunscreen<\/strong>, wear protective clothing<\/strong>, avoid the sun during peak hours<\/strong>, and seek shade whenever possible<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n Wolfe<\/strong> echoes the importance of community awareness<\/strong>: \u201cIf you have an elderly neighbor<\/strong>, a new parent<\/strong>, or see an unhoused person<\/strong>, check on them.
