Gusty morning storms over Central Arkansas<\/strong> are weakening<\/strong> as they track toward Eastern Arkansas<\/strong>, bringing a brief break<\/strong> in activity by midday. Through the early afternoon, expect humid conditions<\/strong> and partial clearing<\/strong>, especially around the Little Rock metro<\/strong> and interior counties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n A second wave of thunderstorms is expected to form later this evening and persist overnight<\/strong>, affecting much of Central and Eastern Arkansas<\/strong>. While the overall severe weather risk remains low<\/strong>, there is potential for a few storms to produce strong wind gusts<\/strong>, intense downpours<\/strong>, and localized lightning<\/strong>. The chance of hail or an isolated tornado<\/strong> is very limited<\/strong>, but cannot be entirely dismissed.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Storm activity will linger into early Thursday morning<\/strong>, gradually tapering off by the afternoon<\/strong>. As this system moves out, drier and more stable air<\/strong> will begin to build in.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Looking ahead, Friday and the weekend will feature mostly sunny skies<\/strong>, with afternoon highs climbing into the mid-90s\u00b0F (around 35\u00b0C)<\/strong>.
