While that number reflects a year-round average, this urban hub<\/strong> tends to feel warmer thanks to its inland location<\/strong> and less coastal influence<\/strong> compared to nearby towns.<\/p>\n On Martha\u2019s Vineyard<\/strong>, the charming coastal town of Edgartown<\/strong> boasts the warmest average temperature among the Cape and Islands<\/strong> region. With an annual average of 60 \u00b0F (15.6 \u00b0C)<\/strong>, it benefits from a temperate marine climate<\/strong> and relatively mild winters, helping it edge out nearby coastal communities in terms of year-round warmth.<\/p>\n Head just west of Springfield<\/strong>, and you\u2019ll find Westfield<\/strong>, the warmest city in central Massachusetts<\/strong>.
