Strong thunderstorms continue after record June rainfall in St. Cloud<\/strong><\/p>\n ST. In Owatonna<\/strong>, a funnel cloud<\/strong> or possible tornado<\/strong> was caught on video, but it remains unclear whether it touched down.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n These latest storms follow Wednesday\u2019s outbreak<\/strong>, which brought at least six tornado reports<\/strong> across southern Minnesota<\/strong>.
