Localized flooding may also occur where torrential rain<\/strong> falls repeatedly over the same areas.<\/p>\n Radar trends suggest that parts of South-Central Pennsylvania<\/strong> could experience storm training<\/strong>, which raises concerns for flash flooding<\/strong>, especially near low-lying zones<\/strong> and urban centers<\/strong> like York<\/strong>, Harrisburg<\/strong>, and Chambersburg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n By midweek<\/strong>, the stormy pattern will shift as high pressure<\/strong> builds in from the west.
