The National Weather Service<\/strong> warns that parts of the region, especially eastern cities like Livermore<\/strong> and northeastern Napa County<\/strong>, could see temperatures approach 100\u00b0F (38\u00b0C)<\/strong> by Wednesday<\/strong>, marking a 5 to 10-degree rise above seasonal norms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Concord<\/strong> and Livermore<\/strong> are expected to remain above 90\u00b0F (32\u00b0C)<\/strong> on Thursday<\/strong> and Friday<\/strong>, making them the hottest zones<\/strong> during this early July spike.
