Stephenson County<\/strong> saw minor impacts, with fewer than five customers<\/strong> reportedly affected.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n For many residents, the timeline for restoring service remains unclear\u2014ComEd\u2019s map<\/strong> lists most estimates as simply \u201cpending<\/strong>,\u201d a frustrating reality as temperatures hover near 80\u00b0F (27\u00b0C)<\/strong> and cleanup begins.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meanwhile, Rock Energy Cooperative<\/strong> reported no outages<\/strong> as of 8:00 p.m. on July 10<\/strong>, according to its online map.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The situation could worsen before it improves.
