These conditions significantly raise the risk of heat-related illnesses<\/strong>, especially among young children<\/strong>, seniors<\/strong>, and people who work outdoors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Health officials are urging people to take precautions and stay aware of the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke<\/strong>, including dizziness, fatigue, nausea, confusion<\/strong>, and clammy or hot skin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n For those working outside, the risk is even greater.
