The National Hurricane Center<\/strong> gives it a medium chance<\/strong> of becoming a tropical depression<\/strong> by midweek<\/strong>\u2014a pattern that could evolve rapidly as it reaches the warm Gulf waters<\/strong>, ideal for storm formation.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Right now<\/strong>, the system is an unorganized mass of showers and thunderstorms<\/strong>.
